Symposium

As William Shakespeare believed,” life is but a walking shadow,” we are all poor players strutting and fretting our hours upon the stage of life. This circle stage is nothing but a clock with a chain of moments. All of us should dance on this stage and relish the moments. If we squander our time, we will regret in future and regret will rob us of our moments. So, time is the essence of our lives, we should use it wisely not lose it idiotically. Changing our way of looking, we should be careful about how we can handle time effectively. Giving adequate time to communicate with our Lord, to exchange a few words with our family, and to relax and recharge ourselves, we can invigorate ourselves and do our best to defeat transient moments.

One of the activities that helps us to dance more gorgeous on the circle stage of life is meditating on the word of our Creator. We should express gratitude to our Sustainer, the One who grants us fervid soul to fly toward Him with alacrity and granted amnesty to our ancestors’ disobedience. Salvation is nothing but unmasking our latent love for our Creator who strews the divine wine in our pure souls. This divine libation is due to our every type of prayers and our meditation on His words. Consequently, our enthusiastic soul naturally wants to take time to talk to its Creator and study about Him and ponder upon His words.

We should not ignore other imperative uses of our moments. We must spend sufficient time with our families. Family circle is a solace to everyone. Thanks to today’s obsessions and fixations like making money, human beings are lost in agonizing banal moments. They may just spend time with their families once in a blue moon. As you know, marriage is the promise of the eternal love. Immaculate love attracts hearts. So, these chains of hearts of the same genome should gather together and make a family circle. We should always remember that it is never ever late to clear up the past. We should learn by heart plenty of time our hearts are beating for bestowing their ethereal love on their beloved ones. Before we regret, let’s keep in mind that how much time we set aside to spend with our loved ones.

Finally, there is a serious use of time. It is time for relaxation. We need time to relax and contemplate on our inmost thoughts. Many a moment, we are working but we are not enjoying our trite type of dancing on the stage. Some of us in these dire doleful hours are just like androids. But even androids need to recharge their batteries. Sometimes, we should ring the gay brass bells and embrace a wave of bliss and rejuvenate ourselves.

At last, it is good to know that every second of our life is of the essence. We should not wait for the cat to jump. Beginning resolution, we should talk the talk and really walk the walk. We should try to be the best dancer whose soul is sacredly dancing on the stage of life under the cobalt sky. We, the best dancers, can trounce transient moments in a way that even boughs bow to us.

He clasps the crag with crooked-curved hands*,

Attempting to take shelter in the promised chapel-lands,

Beset with zest to escape the dismal, mundane pounds,

The eagle sees amber glow of ethereal luminosity, he stands.

The Eagle

little lamb

Large Lion and Little Lamb

Being left alone in the oasis,

Squandering her banal moments,

Little lamb in her hours of darkness

Lost in recollection of the past,

The lamb condemned to pass the way alone

Alas! To say it was some years ago.

A large lion drawing nigh,

Without any vicious intention

The lion was leading her to the apexes,

Benignantly showed immaculate cobalt sky

Despite his woeful and innocent eyes,

Ethereal lion pretended to be joyous.

Abruptly a blanket of murk clouds appeared

The large lion was now little lion;

He was concealed in the shadows.

Bestowing her last look on the faded lion,

Little lamb was drowning in the gloomy day.

Being banished in the fatal silence,

She was left alone again…

The day after passing storm;

The sun came above the horizon,

In the cleared but bloody red sky.

A daffodil was floating on the water

Yearning for…

success

"What I am looking for is not out there; it is in me." These glittering words are told by Helen Keller (June 27, 1880 – June 1, 1968), the flourishing author, lecturer, and activist. She was blind, deaf, and dumb, but these excuses didn’t stop her from achieving her dreams. She is a constant reminder that nothing is impossible in the life path. Sometimes during this way, a blanket of murk clouds appears and makes the way gloomy. Out of the blue, the doleful iron bells would be clanged for some of the human beings at times. They will drown in sorrows and some hours of darkness. They'll think by themselves that they're luckless. The whole things they do are bind to luck and always are saying, "What rotten luck! Bad luck!" Being a successful person in their work and life sounds sort of a pie in the sky. If they want to pass the life path lucratively, they should keep in mind this road has a lot of vicious ups and joyous downs and quite a few deceiving signs surrounding them. So, if they want to be a successful person, it is essential to believe in themselves, work hard and be willing.

There's a dazzling quotation by Norman Vincent Peale (May 31, 1898 – December 24, 1993), "Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy."  If mankind loves himself and believes in his abilities not only luck loses but also the whole impossibilities bow down. He should try to find what almighty God has granted him and use them in the best way. William Shedd (June 21, 1820 – November 17, 1894) said, “A ship is safe in harbor, but that’s not what ships are for."

Hardworking is one of the most important elements of life that can help us to overcome obstacles and to be successful. As you ken, many a dead fish can swim along the tide, but it is so important to move against it. Only those who dare to fail greatly can achieve greatly. Many a time, the passing way to reach a great goal spending our challenging hours correctly on is more important and pleasurable than reaching it. As Ben Sweetland (June 2, 1909 – June 15, 1993) believes, "Success is a journey, not a destination."  Working hard, man who is the highest ape can achieve success and the whole of his ethereal and terrestrial goals.

Looking things in a brand new way and with willingness, you can make the ordinary extraordinary. Willingness is the essence of life. Being eager to do something, you can become the best and grab the victory flag. There's a piece of a poem by Hafez that says:

"If from desire to the Ka'ba thou wilt plant thy foot in the desert,

Then if the mighty Arabian thorn makes reproofs suffer not grief"[1]

Therefore, if you are a road-man, you will be a golden boy. You must believe in yourself and your ability to succeed and have an awesome view of life. According to Arnold Bennett (27 May 1867 – 27 March 1931), "It is easier to go down a hill than up, but the view is from the top."  Success is nothing but moving a muscle and doing your best to reach your ambitions and dreams.
